POLICIES
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING!!!!
To guarantee a date, the contract must be signed and returned with 50% of the total cost of the
event as a deposit. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!
If canceled within 90 days prior to the event, 25% of deposit will be non-refundable. If canceled
60 days prior to the event, 50% of deposit will be non-refundable. If canceled 30 days prior to
the event, 100% of deposit will be non-refundable.
Balance due will be paid 10 days prior to the event date in full by cash, check or money order.
Big Nate's Barbeque & Company requires a final menu 10 days prior to the event. As well,
we require a final count on the number of people participating in the event.
Big Nate's Barbeque & Company is only liable for any damages to the property that we
are entrusted with.
